Voices only: Prayer for Peace

Welcome to Voices only.

I usually spend a little time each week searching for a video to share, but this time I didn’t have to go far. Last week, during Sunday’s worship service, our worship minister led this beautiful, new song that really touched my heart.

The sermon which preceded this song was wonderful, which may have been why this song touched my heart a little more deeply, that day. Jessica Tate and Stefanie Anderson, two of the members of the Memorial Road Church of Christ, in Oklahoma City, worked together in writing the lyrics and music for this beautiful song. The congregation learned it during an outdoor worship service earlier this year.

I hope you enjoy “Prayer for Peace” as much as I did.
