W. F. (Bill) and Frances Hair Weger, 75th Anniversary

W. F. (Bill) and Frances Hair Weger, formerly of Lawton, Okla., will celebrate their 75th wedding anniversary Saturday, June 27, in the fellowship hall of the Sullivan Village Church of Christ in Lawton from 2 to 4 p.m.

Married Aug. 3, 1940, in Walters, Okla., they resided in Lawton and Oklahoma City. Bill retired from Sears in 1986 and then volunteered for 20 years at Comanche County Memorial Hospital. Frances, a homemaker, loves quilting, gardening, and cooking.

Before retiring to Luther, Okla., Bill served as an elder in the Lawton churches and traveled with the We Care Campaign for Christ. They have four children, 11 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
