Joe Nisbet, longtime ministry trainer in the United Kingdom, dies at 88

Joe Nisbet, who worked with Churches of Christ and trained ministers throughout the United Kingdom, died Dec. 11 after a long illness. He was 88.

Nisbet was a longtime minister and former director of the North Ireland Bible School and the British Bible School.

NISBET Joseph Guiney (Joe) (Haddington) In Haddington, after long ill health, aged 88, Joe passed away at 10 am, on December 11, 2013. Deeply mourned by his wife Agnes Beryl and his sons Stuart, Kenneth and Brian and their families and grandsons Ben and Josh. A true Christian and loving preacher, this warm hearted man of God will be sadly missed by the many around the world whose lives he touched. Service at Warriston Crematorium, Lorimer Chapel, on Saturday, December 21, at 11 am. Family flowers only, please. 2 Tim 4: 7-8.
