Salem Church of ChristVibrant Church in Missouri Ozarks Seeking Minister
The Salem Church of Christ in Salem, Missouri is seeking a qualified applicant to replace our minister who had to resign for health reasons. Sunday attendance typically between 130-150. While we practice most historical “Church of Christ” traditions (weekly observance of the Lord’s Supper and acapella singing in assemblies), we only regard direct commands of God expressed in the Holy Bible as salvation issues.
Successful candidates will have biblical knowledge and wisdom, ability to effectively preach and teach from God’s word, evangelistic desire, and compassion while being encouraging, hospitable, and community-minded.
