‘Champion of Change’

WASHINGTON — The White House honored Mike Hall, an elder for the Springtown Church of Christ in Texas, as a fatherhood “Champion of Change.”

Hall is the president and founder of Strong Fathers-Strong Families in Fort Worth, which teaches parenting skills through public schools and Head Start programs.

“We have worked with over 110,000 fathers,” he said. “I get to talk about how my faith impacts my kids and my role as a father.”
