Voices-only Wednesday: Indian Creek Youth Camp
This weekly online feature highlights the best a cappella videos that come across our eyes — and ears — on the web.
This week we feature two videos Paul Kelsey shared with us from the Indian Creek Youth Camp’s week four session. Kelsey, a member of the Sylvan Springs Church of Christ, has worked alongside his father-in-law as camp co-director for 18 years.
Nearly 80 campers and 35 adults gathered on June 19-24 for spiritual encouragement and fun at the Oakman, Ala., camp. Steve Carlton, a member of the 73-soul Farley Church of Christ in nearby Huntsville, led the song “Every Time I Kneel To Pray” in our first featured video.

Kip Green, minister for the Morris Church of Christ in Morris, Ala., teaches Bible classes at the camp and led singing during an evening devotional, including our second featured song “Light the Fire.”

ICYC shares its participants’ harmonious a cappella on YouTube and the two featured videos can also be found on Kelsey’s YouTube page.
