“This is something we feel is really special for these kids to be able to do,” church member Adam Eades told the Paragould Daily Press . “Most of these kids would not otherwise have the opportunity to do something like this during the summer.”
Devante Battles, 10, enjoyed his first camp experience.
“This camp is so much fun because we get to cooperate with our friends,” he told the newspaper. “We get to go to the zipline and go swimming, and we make new friends here. I love it.”
