Spotlight: Stars and Stripes winner
OKLAHOMA CITY — Hannah Johnson, 17, became the first Oklahoma girl to earn the American Heritage Girls’ Stars and Stripes award, the equivalent to the Girl Scouts’ Gold Award or the Boy Scouts’ Eagle rank.
