Mother’s day out, Swiss style

With a forest and mountains as a backdrop, a group of women and their children enjoy a nature outing near Thun, Switzerland. A member of the Church of Christ in Thun, whose children are grown, started the get-togethers for mothers with young children, minister Ivan Voser said. “The women sometimes get a chance to converse with each other about their faith. I can see this ministry as being capable of reaching out to mothers and their children from outside the church.”
