The Avalanche-Journal newspaper in Lubbock, Texas, reports:

Lubbock Christian University students and faculty gathered Monday morning to remember Anabel Reid, the 19-year-old Abilene Christian University sophomore killed Friday in a bus crash.
The 11 a.m. LCU chapel service included song and prayers of hope and healing to remember Reid, her loved ones and others affected by the Friday’s accident.
Reid was among 16 passengers traveling from a mission at a children’s home, said ACU president Phil Schubert in a pre-recorded message played during the service.
The other 15 passengers were transported to four regional medical centers, though no others died in the crash.
