Day of Prayer and Fasting – Churches of Christ Campaign for Saving & Serving

JUNE 15, 10:00 a.m. until 6 p.m.

Leaders of Churches of Christ in the greater Houston Area are calling for a

day of fasting and prayer on June 15 to support peace and fellowship among

all areas, races, and groups.

FASTING

The fast will be from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. It will include fasting from all

food the Lord has provided for us. It will not include water or anything else

necessary to sustain your health.

PRAYER

We ask not only that you pray individually but also maintain a prayerful attitude

during this time. At 5:15 in the afternoon our prayer central conference call will

open with local ministers praying continually until the concluding prayers at

6:00 p.m. by Gary Smith of Fifth Ward CoC and David Duncan of Memorial CoC.
