All Africa Missionary Retreat

Venue: Vineyard Hotel
4-star hotel with a spectacular view of Table Mountain, beautiful gardens on the grounds, spa on site, a 15-min drive from the waterfront, a five-minute walk from Cavendish Square (mall), and amazing breakfast
Who: Missionaries serving on the African continent (past, present, or future) who share roots in the American Restoration Movement
Program:
Monte Cox will encourage us with a series of biblical messages.
A team from Little Rock, Arkansas will help facilitate the event, leading kids’ activities and worship, and fellowshipping with us.
Cost:
Single participant: $750
Couple (or two singles sharing a room): $1,100
Families
Kids under 3 are free
Family with 1 child age 4-17: $1,425
Family with 2 children ages 4-17: $1,750
Family with 3 children ages 4-17: $2,075

Cost includes: 4 nights lodging (Thursday-Sun), breakfast (Fri-Mon) and lunch (Fri-Sun), dinner on Sunday, all conference venue fees
Cost does not include: transportation to/from the conference, dinner on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday (there are inexpensive options just a 5 minute walk from the hotel)
Cape Town Locals: We would love to have you stay with us at the Vineyard Hotel so that we might have more opportunities to fellowship with you. But if you would rather attend the conference sessions only, please email me for the “conference only” cost.
Paying the Deposit
If you plan to join us for the retreat, then I need to receive your deposit by November 30, 2015. After November 30, 2015, I cannot guarantee that we’ll have space.
The deposit for a single participant is $250.
The deposit for a couple and families is $400.
Paying your deposit is a two-step process:
Step 1) Pay. Send a your check to:

Step 2) Send me an email to confirm your deposit was sent. Include the names of all participants and the age of any who are under 18 years old.
Should you have a change of plans, your deposit is fully refundable through December 31st.
