Southside Church of Christ in Rogers, Arkansas has an opening for a Youth Minister. Our highest priority for this minister will be to instill in our youth a love of Christ and a love of scripture. This minister will have primary leadership responsibilities for 7th – 12th grade youth ministry. We are striving to develop a family/community-based model of youth ministry that actively incorporates parents and other interested adults. We want to train young men and women to be church and community leaders. Would consider a husband/wife team that would also serve as our Children’s Minister.

We live in a dynamic, fast-growing area with excellent public and private schools, a major university and other colleges nearby, including a satellite campus of Harding University
The salary range will be $30,000 to $52,000 based on experience and education. Church owned housing (valued at $18,000/yr), one block from church campus, is included if needed. Utilities would also be included. Salary range without housing would be $48,000 to $70,000.
