Chief Financial Officer
Lubbock Christian University seeks a visionary leader to manage day-to-day business operations and evaluate resource allocation alternatives, ensuring the President is appropriately informed on all financial matters. Provide leadership to the financial and business operations of Lubbock Christian University including forecasting, strategic planning, asset and risk management, maintaining and improving banking and treasury relationships, financial statement preparation, insurance programs, reporting compliance, internal controls and investment management. Minimum of Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Economics. CPA preferred. Two (2) years recent experience as a Controller or a minimum of five (5) years of experience that is directly related to the specified duties and responsibilities gained through increasingly responsible positions within planning and management of financial operations.
