The Department of Biology and Bimolecular Sciences at Lipscomb University seeks an outstanding scientist to join the faculty for the fall semester of 2019. Each faculty member is expected to excel in classroom teaching, pursue scholarship by engaging relevant research questions, mentor and advise students, and render service to the university, society, the academy, and the church. Although all candidates possessing a terminal degree in molecular biology and related fields will be considered (genetics, development, population biology, immunology, microbiology, cancer biology, pathology, etc..), those having collegiate teaching experience or who have held graduate teaching assistantships are preferred.
