Lubbock Christian UniversityLubbock Christian University is seeking a highly qualified educator/scholar to coordinate and teach in the newly developed BS in Managerial Leadership online program beginning fall 2023. A successful applicant would have experience teaching online in subjects related to management, leadership, and business administration, and would have administrator experience to effectively assist the provost with coordination of campus-wide adult learning programs. An earned doctorate in a related discipline is preferred. Person with a master’s degree and demonstrated commitment to pursue a doctorate in a closely related field may be considered. Online teaching and administrative experience at the college level is preferred. Excellent communication skills expected.
