Allied Health – Physician Assistant Studies (Harding)

HARDING UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF ALLIED HEALTH. Seeking full-time, 12-month principal faculty member for the department of physician assistant studies; rank will be commensurate with applicant experience. Responsibilities include teaching the program’s core curriculum, advising and mentoring students, assisting with hands-on training in various clinical practice skills, maintaining clinical competency through appropriate practice, conducting scholarly activity in personal area of expertise, and engaging in service to the college, University and community. Qualified applicants are expected to be familiar with the breadth of primary care and should possess a minimum of a master’s degree in physician assistant studies or similar field with a minimum of three years of clinical experience; prior teaching experience is preferred. Applicants should be NCCPA certified and eligible for licensure as a physician assistant in the state of Arkansas.
