Alaska children enjoy a boat full of missions learning
JUNEAU, Alaska — Children at the Juneau, Alaska, church listen to teacher Geoffrey Wyatt during a recent series of lessons emphasizing missions. The children spent a month studying missions, said Wyatt, who prepared the lessons with his wife, Dana. “They pretended to fly to Venezuela, Ecuador and Mexico to practice being missionaries,” Wyatt said. “They swished down the Orinoco River to visit Yanomami Indians.”
