A legend again: Oklahoma minister Terry Rush goes to 30th St. Louis Cardinals camp

The Tulsa World reports:

“He don’t act like a preacher,” said former St. Louis manager Whitey Herzog. “I mean, he’s an awful nice fellow.”
Tulsa minister Terry Rush has collected many stories and quotes from his 30 years attending the St. Louis Cardinals Legends Camp.
Growing up in Memphis, Mo., in the northeast part of the state, Rush had two goals in life: Play Major League Baseball and not go to church.
God works in mysterious ways.
Rush is the longtime minister at the Memorial Drive Church of Christ in Tulsa and gets to play baseball with former major league players every January.
